Step-by-step guide

1. Hold down the Windows key, tap the R key, release the Windows key

2.Type "control printers" (without quotes), and then click OK

3. Right-click, and select "remove device" for each of the printers (except Microsoft Print to PDF, and any non-Hope printers you need)

4. Repeat step 1

5. Type in "\\print01" (without quotes), and click OK

6. Double-click SHARED, and then double-click PrinterCloudDeployment

7. Right-click "installer" (or "installer.bat"), and then select "Run as administrator"
