Step-by-step guide
- Locate the PrinterCloud systray icon (in the top bar on Mac, bottom bar on Windows)
- Right-click on it
- Click "Refresh Configurations"
- Wait for the dialog box that says "Refreshing configurations..." to go away before trying to print again.
