If you are on a laptop:

  • Confirm you are connected to the "HOPE_Staff" Wi-Fi network.
  • (You cannot print from the "Hope_Everlasting" Wi-Fi network.)
Confirm that you are printing to the correct printer.

  • Any printers with "print01" in the name are not supported.
  • Any printers with odd numbers/letters at the end of the name, likely is not properly installed.
  • The printer name should be something like "Front Office Color Copier", or perhaps include a model number.
