If you're on-site using a Hope-issued Windows computer (at any campus):
- login to the computer
- press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Delete]
- select "change password"
- follow the prompts
For any other situation:

Login to your account using [username]@hopewdm.org, at https://portal.office.com/

Input your password as requested (same for Egnyte, computer, email, etc.)

Choose whether or not you'd like to remain signed in:

Click the settings gear in the upper-right corner (1), and then click "Change your password" (2):

Input your current password (that you just logged in with) in the top box, and a new password in the bottom two boxes (the bottom two boxes much match each other). Then, click "submit".
- You should receive a message confirming the change. If not, go back and try again, or contact IT for further assistance.
