If you're on-site using a Hope-issued Windows computer (at any campus):

  1. login to the computer
  2. press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Delete]
  3. select "change password"
  4. follow the prompts


For any other situation:

  1. Login to your account using [username]@hopewdm.org, at https://portal.office.com/



  2. Input your password as requested (same for Egnyte, computer, email, etc.)



  3. Choose whether or not you'd like to remain signed in:


  4. Click the settings gear in the upper-right corner (1), and then click "Change your password" (2):


  5. Input your current password (that you just logged in with) in the top box, and a new password in the bottom two boxes (the bottom two boxes much match each other). Then, click "submit".


  6. You should receive a message confirming the change. If not, go back and try again, or contact IT for further assistance.
