For the Outlook desktop app:


  1. Click File
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Calendar. Then, locate the "Time Zone" heading, and make sure you're in the proper time zone (likely Central Time (US & Canada))
  4. Click OK to save the changes and close the window




For Outlook on the Web:

  1. Make sure you're logged in to Outlook on the web. (If you don't know how, follow the instructions in this article, then click the "Outlook" tile)

  2. Click the gear icon, and then click "View all Outlook settings"
  3. Click "General", then click "Language ant time", and then verify "Current time zone" shows the correct time zone (likely Central Time (US & Canada))
  4. Click the "Save" button at the bottom if you made any changes, or otherwise click the "X" in the upper-right to close the window.
