For the Outlook desktop app:
- Click File
- Click Options
- Click Calendar. Then, locate the "Time Zone" heading, and make sure you're in the proper time zone (likely Central Time (US & Canada))
- Click OK to save the changes and close the window
For Outlook on the Web:
- Make sure you're logged in to Outlook on the web. (If you don't know how, follow the instructions in this article, then click the "Outlook" tile)
- Click the gear icon, and then click "View all Outlook settings"
- Click "General", then click "Language ant time", and then verify "Current time zone" shows the correct time zone (likely Central Time (US & Canada))
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom if you made any changes, or otherwise click the "X" in the upper-right to close the window.
