1) Click on Sign on with Another Provider

   2) Enter your username ( Example: JDoe@hopewdm.org ). Click Continue.

   3) Enter your username again on the Microsoft page. Click Next.

   4) Enter in your password. Click Sign in.

   5) Select Yes or Allow to any prompts asking you for access to your microphone and other accessories.

   6) Make sure your softphone is enabled by looking for a green phone symbol and the Enable Softphone is switched on.
