1) Sign into the WE Connect app using Sign on with Another Provider with your Hope username and password.




2) Make sure your softphone is enabled by looking for a green phone symbol and the Enable Softphone is switched on.





3) On your computer, head over to https://we.windstream.com/


4) Click Sign on with Another Provider




5) Click on the Services tab on the top > Go to My Services > My Extensions.






6) Scroll down to the bottom of the page. 

    Click on Record Directory Name.




7) A new popup will appear, make sure your extension is selected where "Your extension here" is located.


8) When you are ready, select Record Name.

    --> You MUST have your WE Connect app open, otherwise you'll only hear silence!




9) You'll receive an automated call.

     Follow the prompts to record your name.

     Press # after you are done recording.

     Select 2 to save your recorded name.
