This page contains useful information and links as it related to Hope IT security. It is a "living document" and may be updated or changed without notice.

International Travel
By default, access to Hope resources will be blocked from outside the USA. If you are planning to travel internationally, and would like access to your Hope account while abroad, please email the IT team to let them know the dates of travel and countries you intend to visit. We can make sure your account is configured for a smooth experience!

--- MFA must be re-setup if you change phones without backing it up first ---

We are providing the instructions for MFA setup in 3 different formats, all custom-made for Lutheran Church of Hope. You can also see the links after the end of this section which contain documentation provided by Microsoft. Please also see the special note regarding international travel.
