RingCentral Invitation Workflow
1. Open Your email -- You should have received an email with the subject "[[You have been added to your company's RingCentral business phone system"]]
2. Type "outlook.office.com[[Enter]]" or Open "Outlook"
3. Click on the email "[[You have been added to your company's RingCentral business phone system"]]
4. Click "Set Up Account"
5. The Invitation should automatically log you in, assuming your already logged in to email on a computer. And your done. Free to check out the How-to Videos, or take the app tour -- more information will be coming out in the coming days.
6. However if you need to download the Mobile App, or Desktop App here is how to login using your Hope "Single Sign-on"
7. Please enter your hope username [email protected] (example:[email protected]) this is NOT your email address. Please do not type [email protected], and please do not use a campus alias suchas hopeankeny.org, or hopeelim.org.
8. Click Next
9. Either login as normal, or select your account.
